I placed this order late at 4:15 over the phone, 15 minutes past the cut off time.(Which rarely happens) It was critical for us to get the sparkplugs as a customer had called me and scheduled to bring his plane in the next day to have all his plugs replaced. Amazingly prompt response! I ordered over 1000 items and couldn't believe it when there was an email waiting the following morning saying the items had been dispatched.
